John Frieda have been on my radar since the early days of my mums haircuts when I'd feel utterly and luxuriously pampered. Having a mum as a hairdresser definitely helps keep my money in check, but it does mean I like to splurge on all the haircare essentials that tame the frizz, keep it healthy and bring back the shine. I'm nearly all out of my John Frieda Full Repair range, rationing my Hydrate + Rescue Deep Conditioner like it's the prohibition days.
Currently it takes a lot to get myself in gear in the morning and bother to do something other than run my straighteners through at lightening speed. Going out this coming Saturday has made me hunt around for something different to do with my hair, and John Frieda actually have some pretty informative videos on styling long and short hair. As my hair is just about skimming my collarbones, I can't wait to try out the Floral Curls look but also know that use short-haired girls can rock the Big Bold Waves with a few adjustments. In fact, it might be time to get the hair extensions out and give it a go, as this looks the perfect mix of effortless cool that I've been after. Time to get my hands on the Luxurious Volume range, I reckon!
